Osiris Projects launches Career Development Academy

Osiris Projects today announced the launch of their new Career Development Academy. The programme is designed to provide employees with a bespoke structured development plan designed to optimise individual abilities and talent.

The Academy will provide resources and opportunities for members to achieve their career goals; offering mentoring, access to external training and work experience, academic progression and formal performance recognition.  Corporate Development Director Stephen Blaikie says “Our goal for the Academy is to offer staff real prospects to further their career paths and ambitions. We wish to encourage all staff to develop their individual skills and expand and build upon their experiences within Osiris Projects.”
